We can provide ACCESS to ALL the properties - please allow us the oppurtunity to work for you! As agents we work on a commission basis ONLY (paid by the property owner) so we must be the person to "introduce" you to the property and accompany you when you look at it to even be eligable to earn our fee. The service we provide is absolutely FREE to you - you don't pay anything! (FYI: The property owner or management company of the property you ultimately select will most likely charge an application fee ranging from $20 - $50 per person / applicant that is due at the time of "formal" application.)t
