A "virtual office" - no need to come into the office because we do everything online and via fax. We have the ability to offer you value added services through our contract rates for print advertising with The Eagle and “at cost” use of our AUTOMATED TOLL FREE information system (up to 10 extensions) to use with your personal advertising. You will also receive an email address @cvbroker.com that forwards directly to your personal email address. It will be available if you want it but no requirement for you to use it while interacting with your customers and clients. We are in the process of COMPLETELY revamping our website. Search Engine Optimization and automated agent interaction are our top priorities. We intend to streamline "hard copy" document uploads, agent / broker interactions, and add the ability to pay via credit card. As a member of the BCSRMLS you are provided with your own customizable website. Many agents haven't tapped into the POWER of these MLX sites and the use of IDX. We can show you how to get every penny out of your monthly MLS dues!
  
Broker's Help & Assistance

You will have access to a seasoned Broker with 15 years of FULL TIME experience in every facet of the real estate business. I’m available whenever you need me via email or cell - 7 days a week. You will also have access to a LEGAL HOTLINE that will allow you to speak with a LIVE real estate attorney M-F during normal business hours.

LIMITED BROKER COMPETITION

I've built a successful and diversified business that specializes in Real Estate Consulting & Analysis, Investment Property (sales, leasing, and property management) and REO Disposition for Lenders. I've built a strong client base and continue to serve well over a hundred loyal and repeat customers - and the referrals they send me. Choosing any of the plans I'm offering allows YOU to determine what contact information you place on your marketing materials, signs and promotions. I've designed these plans to allow YOU to retain 100% of what YOU produce and the flexibility to explore the many different real estate business models (flat fee listings, fee for service, you set the commission, cash rebates to buyers, etc.) that will give you the advantage you need to stay a step ahead of the competition. So long as it is legal and ethical, I encourage it!

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS INSURANCE

For your $15 monthly fee, you're covered by our insurance for unintentional errors and omissions, up to $500,000 per incident with a $5000 deductible.

OFFICE & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
 
Ability to schedule use of office conference room to meet with clients, as available.
Quick & Easy CHECKLISTS of required documents for the office file - all can be faxed or emailed.
Online closing management available through our preferred title company but no requirement to use them.
Limited use of SUPRA lockbox for listings when available via office (first come, first serve).

TRAINING

From leasing to listing – we can teach you how to improve your career, no matter what level you are currently at. 
Online transactions, prospecting, lead generation, networking, sales, pre-licensing, and continuing education training.
New agent mentoring program available with Broker, if needed. (Required for first 2 transactions for new licensees.)
Practical advice and guidance from a Broker with 15 years of "hands-on" experience.

GET PAID IMMEDIATELY AT CLOSING

Whenever permissible, we authorize the title company to pay you directly at closing or have your check mailed directly to you from the title company. When your transaction funds you get your check as soon the title company cuts it. NO waiting on the Broker to get it in the mail, process it, and then pay you. You earned it - GET IT NOW!!

BROKER / COMPANY BRANDING 
 
You are not required to use our logos or put the “office” number on your signs or marketing materials - you can if you would like. You are required to follow any applicable TREC or TRELA provisions/rules regarding Broker disclosure in marketing and advertising. We want you to invest your money in marketing and branding yourself, in your own unique way, via your signs, flyers, brochures, mailers, and websites. We will work with you to incorporate your existing personal branding & marketing efforts as well as cooperate with reasonable requests for DBA's should you want to "name" your own business.
