Free Price Evaluation
|
|
|
If you are considering selling, it never hurts to have a professional's opinion of price! Just because it's free doesn't mean it's cheesy! When we evaluate a property, we create a custom report and provide comments - it's NOT some "computer generated - one size fits all" report. This is at least one exception to the "You Get What You Pay For" rule of thumb - I charge lenders $225.00 to provide the same service!

How would you prefer to pay for real estate services?
(A) A one-time commission at the time of sale
(B) A considerably smaller commission with a small initial payment
(C) No Commission - I only pay for the services I need!
(D) FREE - no one should have to pay for help from agents!

Presale Inspections can give Seller's Advantages
From a seller's perspective, presale inspections accomplish two goals. One objective -- particularly in states such as California that have seller disclosure requirements -- is to make sure that property defects are disclosed to prospective buyers in a timely fashion. Sellers who order inspections often do so to ensure that defects they might not be aware of are disclosed before, not after, the sale closes.

What's your Sales Strategy?
If you've decided to go ahead and sell your house, it's important to have a sales strategy planned out before you even put your house on the market. It's also important to have a strategy that both you and your agent agree on, right down to the last detail. With all the details of your plan firmly in place, you'll have a strategy that will help your sale go more quickly and more smoothly when you start receiving offers from buyers.
